CradoWorld began its journey on January 5th, 2022, with Crado Estate Abara, starting modestly with just 100 plots. Quickly expanding, we added another 100 plots shortly after. By October 2022, we proudly introduced Sophia Estate Aluu. In March 2023, we launched the CEOs Hangout and Real Estate TV, platforms dedicated to discussing real estate trends. The same month saw the grand opening of CradoCity Odagwa, featuring over 2000 plots.
By December 2023, we unveiled the prestigious Boss Super Estate in Abara Elele. In 2024, our founder, Popularly known as the Boss of all Bosses, pursued advanced training in real estate, completing the Real Estate Investment Certification Course under Dr. Stephen Akitayo in Lagos, followed by earning the Real Estate Development CEO Certification in January.

Crado World International commenced its Pre-Launch Sale for a new property in Kurudu, Abuja. In just three years, we’ve achieved outstanding milestones. Today, we are proud to have built a thriving community of over 80 realtors in our Realtor’s Corner and continue to host Prestige programs aimed at educating individuals, families, and groups on the value and importance of real estate investment.
